Huajian Company's Footwear Product Inspection Standards
General inspection is based on the customer-confirmed sample, and considers the order unit price, buyer's key requirements, special specifications, and inspection habits, implementing inspection according to the reasonable appearance and physical inspection standards for the current batch. When there are no special agreements, it follows Chinese national standards, international common standards, or other standards in the footwear industry. The inspection judgment and grading principles are: Critical, Major, Minor, Slight, and None, defined as follows:
Critical Defect: Any defect in the finished shoe that compromises the shoe's functionality, affects wearing safety, or is visually unappealing should be considered a critical defect.
Major Defect: A defect that also affects the finished shoe, significantly reducing its functionality; although it can be repaired or reworked, it cannot be shipped as first quality and must be downgraded to B-grade, considered a major defect.
Minor Defect: A defect that does not affect the finished shoe's functionality, requires no additional processing, and can be shipped with minor rework, considered a minor defect.
Slight Defect: A defect that does not affect the finished shoe's functionality, requires no additional processing, and can be shipped with minor rework, considered a slight defect.
None: Meaning the product quality is nearly perfect, characterized by compliance with national standards in both appearance and physical tests, considered none.
Specific sampling inspection operations are conducted according to AQL standards, with the number of samples determined based on the order quantity. AQL standards categorize product appearance issues into A. Critical Defects B. Major Defects C. Minor Defects. The following are the sampling inspection ratios and acceptance standards specified by AQL: AQL for Class A non-conformities = 0.065%, Class B = 1.0%, Class C = 4.0%
